Weather reporting in the world of CMC has always been inexact, but only recently through the works of Bakuga has it become an inexact science instead of an inexact magic. It's not any more accurate but, eh, at least it's specifically inaccurate, right down to the day.

Card Details
- The donation card, once purchased, also gives the player one Background type avatar part: Weather Map.
- If the opponent's deck is empty, Weather Forecast's ability cannot be used.
- A typical and ambiguous weather forecast can be found in ADVENTURERS! #752.
