Outpost is not a very active CMC player...and not even a common forumer.

However, he is very powerful in the #cmc chatroom on the Nightstar IRC servers. He is an channel op and a Nightstar HelpOp, however he can be very temperamental. Do not insult him, or you will be kicked. You have been warned.

He is also the creator of the abominable bot, Outbot, a mechanical terror that slays those who oppose but 'rarely' its master.
