- Card art was done by masamunemaniac.
- Tractor Beam's dizzy-locking ability can be used somewhat like a dizzier, but with the disadvantages of requiring use in advance, being unable to directly prevent an ability use or attack, useless against Speed Summon, and negatable with undizzying.
- It is however, non-unique and cheaper than dizzier effects such as SWIMSUIT!! or The Silver Arrow, and enters play Face Down. It can also dizzy-lock effects in addition to monsters, as a further advantage.
