The Sleepy Warlord

An elven warlord from a long forgotten and lost city. Where did she come from? Why is she here? She only desires rest, weary from the tolls of war, but alas many creatures would seek to take advantage of her in her seemingly weakened state. Little do they know that The Sleepy Warlord is not to be trifled with awake, and doubly so asleep. Too bad few live to tell the tale and prevent others from coming, unknowing.

A sneaky rogue in the party thought it sly to usurp her bed while she rest. Fast asleep was she, and only minutes had past, the rogue found himself out in front of the inn, after having been shown through a nearby window in the room - all without ever waking up!" "Whoa..." "Another recants of a black dragon who would make her his meal while she lay resting. Legend has it well that they both slept peacefully, except his was forever." "Uhm... let's go before our voices wake her."

Card Details

• The donation card, once purchased, also gives the player two Jacket type avatar parts: Warlord's Hide for both genders.
• Card art was done by Nicole Parker.
• After being played normally, if left dizzy, The Sleepy Warlord will become a 32/32 before the end of your turn.
• The dizzy-lock that The Sleepy Warlord is inflicted with every turn means that she never undizzies naturally, and requires either an undizzier or for her damage-triggered ability to activate.
• When The Sleepy Warlord is damaged, she is undizzied and given Focus until end of turn, preventing her from becoming dizzy again for the duration of that turn.
• The +8/+8 stat growth is added before any combat damage is dealt, so your other monsters will receive an extra +2 constant attack before they deal their combat damage.
• Can buff your other monsters by a considerable amount if her own attack is increased. Bloodlust, Shadowforce Heart and Instability are a few possibilities.
