- Card art was done by Domino.
- The grey equivalent of Valian's Resolve. It is a speed rank faster, gives +5/+5 more and costs one mana less, but doesn't give the permanent 10 life boost or undizzy.

- May 29th, 2004: Card released in Principalities.
- May 30th, 2005: Cost changed to
5 from 6.
- Aug 2nd, 2005: Card changed to have temporary life be lost first when damage is taken instead of base life being lost first.
- Feb 13th, 2007: Card fixed to include temporary life when calculating spillover damage.
