Card Details
- Needs at least one monster with an activated ability in play to be cast.
- Can be used to make the opponent's ability monsters easier to counter, or to cheaply give your own monsters the speed edge if used prior to playing them.
- Can create an "infinite" combo with Forest of Light or Messengite Mural, which can be used to deck the opponent. It can also give the opponent a lot of
for Feedbacking. With both FoL and Messengite Mural out, Slow-All also nets you with each casting.
- If a monster uses its ability in the same resolve stack, its original speed will be used for that stack.
