Card Details
- One of two basic Power providing power gens.
- Aside from drawing a card when it enters play, Power Cell doesn't do anything other than provide 2 Power, making it an inefficient use of an effect slot if not replaced by a better Power provider.
- It is very cheap and doesn't have any drawbacks however, unlike most other Power sources.
