Card Details
- One of few Light monsters that is attack oriented.
- Phoenix is designed to suicide rush the opponents' monsters repeatedly.
- As it can enter play multiple times (albeit expensively and slowly) with its Second Life, it can be quite useful with Bird Keeper.

- Aug 25th, 2003: Second Life cost changed to
3 from zero.
- Feb 28th, 2007: Second Life fixed to not crash the game if the card being destroyed is a token.
