Card Details
- Generally only an annoyance, though it may be more critical towards the beginning of the game, when every point of mana in crucial. It mainly stops splash, though tri-colored decks will be more affected.
- At a cost of 4 mana, MP Damage will remove a minimum of 3 mana and a maximum of 15, providing the opponent has that much to lose; it can't put a player into negative mana.
