Originally unobtainable by normal means, Kelar Dragoon is now a part of the Prime set. The card was regarded as a mystery to many players until it was finally publically released.

Card Details
- Unlike many other snipers, Kelar Dragoon has high attack and life, making it hard to kill, and much more threatening.
- The "Dragoon" in the card's name is referring to the Dark Elf rider, rather than the Dragon.
