- Jushousha Ninja roughly translates from Japanese to English as Prize-winner Ninja. This is in reference to itself, the prize for the Shigatsunobaka 1 tournament.
- This Ninja has various hidden abilities:
- It has Speed Summon
- It takes no combat damage.
- It has 100% Touch of Death.
- The controller takes 30 damage whenever Jushousha Ninja destroys a monster with its Touch of Death.

- Aug 2nd, 2005: Expansion symbol changed to Trophy from Secret.
- Aug 18th, 2007: Card fixed to have ability not trigger when zero damage is dealt due to Protect and "takes no damage until end of turn" abilities.
- Apr 17th, 2012: Speed Summon, Combat Damage: 0%, and "Damages a monster: That monster is destroyed, lose 30 health" abilities made non-hidden.
