Card Details

• This spell is often used to finish off a weak or weakened monster.
• It is also used as a counter to the use of healing abilities, to prevent a monster from recovering the last amount of damage dealt to it.
• Used to be a non-random equivalent of Foom (and collectively referred to as Foombolt), but then Foom was changed to differentiate it.
• Being speed, it cannot be countered when you use it during your turn.
• Firebolt rarely sees play outside of newbie decks. It therefore has great surprise value, as most players will presume their monsters safe when you're down to just 1.

• Optional material for crafting Enkindling Flask.
