Dizzy-lock (Also colloquially known as block-dizzy or double-dizzy) is a status effect applied to an entity. On the owner's Draw Phase, the entity will not undizzy naturally, but will lose the dizzy-lock status. An entity that is dizzy-locked, but undizzy, can still use any activated abilities, attack, or defend.
