Decking
From CMC Wiki
Decking is the act of drawing from an empty deck. This is one of the ways a player can lose in CMC.
This does not happen often as most decks have more cards than will be drawn before they or their opponent wins. However, some decks specialize in forcing the opponent to draw cards until they run out of cards in their deck and therefore decking them. To do so, they often use cards that can force players to draw multiple cards.
Here are a few cards that can force an opponent to draw multiple cards.
Note that the player who tries to draw from an empty deck is the one who loses. Thus, using Cameo when the opponent only has 1 card in their deck remaining makes the player casting Cameo lose.
Milling an empty deck also causes a loss through decking, much in the same way as drawing would.
Nate/George will prevent a player from naturally decking but repeated use of the ability will cause you to lose via the milling.
