Card Details

• Card art was done by Domino.
• Curry Golem has a hidden ability such that if its life is greater than or equal to 100 at the end of your turn, all other monsters gain life equal to a quarter of Curry Golem's, and Curry Golem is destroyed.
• While you can reduce a Curry Golem's life to below 100 by having it damage in combat, healing and boosting spells and abilities can put it above the threshold before you end the turn. In reverse, cards that can damage your monsters such as Battery of Souls can be used to keep its life below threshold.
• Its ability uses a Life Set, and so any such life losses aren't counted as normal damage.
• The three people in the image are apparently (left to right) Shuryou Gospel, HailSpork, and MooNFisH.
• This card was designed in the moderator section of the Forum, so all the moderators got some kind of say in the whole card concept. There were many potential quotes for the Curry Golem, and here are the ones that didn't make it:
  • "Can't.. eat.. any.. more.. curry...."
  • "In Soviet Russia, curry eats you!"
  • "In Melrak Homeland, curry eats you!" (As there is no Soviet Russia in CMC)
  • "brb, curry" (Originates from this forum post, replacing McDonalds with curry)
  • "Well, it was late, I needed a new invention, and I was hungry..." - Dr. Bakuga
