The voucher code, once redeemed, also gives the player one Back type avatar part: Hearts.
You don't get to choose which opponent's slot the Bouquet goes into. It automatically goes into the opponent's leftmost empty effect slot, or if none are empty, stays in the slot it was played in on your side of the field.
The fact you must discard your hand when it is destroyed discourages players from sacrificing it to make room for their own effects. The Boss ability protects it from effect destruction however.
If you receive one, repeatable 40 health boosts are great for keeping you from losing the game, especially if you already have some control of the field or are passing useless cards like extra gens to your opponent.
The cards you give to the opponent are random however - you don't get to choose which ones to give.
