Card Details
- Considered to be the Grey equivalent of FMV. It costs 1 more mana, can also dizzy effects in addition to monsters, and is much faster.
- Originally FMV dizzied entities and Blur Effect dizzied only monsters, but the abilities were switched to reflect their differing costs.
