Fun fact: This card was designed after a huge blizzard in webrunner's area. It's mostly due to his own hatred of snowstorms.

Kill means destroy and will not trigger if obliterated.
Blizzard Aftermath can make for a powerful stall, as any monster takes an extra turn before it's usable, and Speed Summon monsters will lose their speed.
Combined with a number of snipers, you can easily kill a large number of enemy monsters before they even get a chance to react.
Blizzard Aftermath can also be hit with your own Effect Destruction to undizzy all of your own monsters, making monsters played that turn effectively Speed Summoned.
Many people mistake Blizzard Aftermath's card background as being the default Light background. The only other card with this background is Snowball.

Feb 3rd, 2005: Card made available as a Donation for $5.
Mar 5th, 2005: Card fixed to affect all monsters when they enter play instead of only the owner's.
Jun 26th, 2005: Card made unavailable as a Donation.
Aug 2nd, 2005: Expansion symbol changed to Donation from Event.
