The scientists he can undizzy are Doctor Bakuga, Dr Amp, Abrasis Mindlef, Doctor Nefarious, Gatemaster, Mad Tinkerer, Doctor Apiecolypse, Lambda Kappa, Frantic Alchemist, and anything with Wildcard.
His low cost makes him easy to play, but his low stats make him hard to keep alive. Best used if you can prevent monsters from attacking him.
