He is the monster-revival equivalent, and arch-nemesis, of Doctor Bakuga.
Since the monsters he revives are critically weakened, one strategy is to simply sacrifice the monsters for mana. If used before your turn, they can undizzy and use their ability once beforehand as well.
Having the life quartered means little to large attack-oriented monsters such as Skeletal Abomination and Dethstrik Suicider.
The mana cost cap of 30 means that Abrasis can't revive the most expensive monsters, such as Eternals.
